Highest authority of Notary Chamber is General Assembly of Notaries, which gathers itself at least once a year. General Assembly calls for 3 year tenure Notary Chamber Committee and its president and vice president. Currently, Notary Chamber Committee in Wroclaw counts 9 persons including president, vice president and 7 members. Additionally members of Committee act as miscellaneous services like secretary, treasurer or visitation group director.
Actual members of the Committee:
General Assembly of Notaries also chooses the member of National Notary Chamber and delegates notaries for disciplinary courts and disciplinary spokesman. President of Notary Chamber Committee represents the Committee and directs its activities. In case of his absence, his duties belong to vice president. Structure and aims of notariate are regulated by act from 14 February 1991 "Notariate law" with former changes.
