Aims
Notary is called to act undertake activities, to which both sides are obliged or are willing to add notary function (notary activities). Notary, in range of his entitlements, acts as a person of public trust, using protection due to public functionary. Notary activities, undertaken according to law gain official character.
Every notary is allowed to have only one office.
Notary activities are:
- to prepare notary acts,
- to prepare authentications,
- to deliver authentications,
- to write protocols,
- to prepare protests of bills of exchange and checks,
- to take to store documents, money and securities,
- to prepare extracts and copies of documents,
- to prepare, on demand of sides, projects of formal acts, statements and other documents,
- to undertake all activities following from other laws.
